what switch on carb right side?

hi

I just wondering what is that switch
it seems to be pressed when is full trottle.
It has propably something to do whith ignition.
I also try to find that middle range idle screw,
but I can`t find any plug or so.
In right side, front of carb is one screw, maybe that?
